Kaufman Holdings LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
What we collect
When you contact us. Your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business.
When you buy. Your name, email address, billing details and order details. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and never reach us. We see only the last four digits and the result of the transaction.
When we do custom work. Whatever business information you share with us so that the work can be done, which may include documents, data and access to systems you nominate.
This website. This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no third-party trackers. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and page requested, for security and reliability.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, quote and carry out work, deliver products, process payments, provide support, keep tax and accounting records, and meet legal obligations. That is the complete list.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not use your confidential business material to build products for other clients. We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that make the business run, and only to the extent needed: our payment processor, our email provider, our hosting provider, our accountant, and any marketplace through which you bought. Where a marketplace such as Etsy is the seller of record for your order, that marketplace's own privacy policy governs the data it collects from you. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
AI tools
We use AI tools in our work. Where an engagement involves processing your material with a third-party AI service, we tell you which one before we start, and we do not submit material you have marked confidential to a third-party service without your agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within twelve months. Client records and transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, currently seven years. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific statutory privacy rights, we will honour those rights.
Security
We use reputable providers, limit access to what is necessary, and do not keep payment card data. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where we hold your contact details and the change affects you, tell you directly.
